Sandbox therapy
Sandbox therapy is a therapeutic method in which a client uses a sandbox with small toys to create a miniature world. This therapy can be an effective way to help clients deal with various problem situations and express their feelings without using words. It is not only used for children but is also used with great success for adults.

Sandbox therapy can be practiced from various theoretical approaches. It is important to note that I am only the facilitator of the process, and the story’s meaning rests with the client.
